This Privacy Policy explains how Anderson Global Enterprises (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use AGE Interview Prep (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address (used for magic-link sign-in).
- Interview setup: the role, industry, target company, and any resume or job-description text you provide or upload.
- Voice & transcripts: the audio of your mock interview and its transcript.
- Results: your scores, feedback, and progress.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe — we do not store your full card details.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Wall of Wins: anything you choose to post publicly.
2. How we use your information
To provide and operate the Service — run your interview, generate your scored feedback, research relevant questions, send your sign-in links and reports, process payments, track your progress, and keep the Service secure and improving.
3. Voice recording & AI processing
When you take an interview, your audio is captured, transcribed, and analyzed by AI to produce your feedback. To do this, the relevant content (such as your transcript, role, and industry) is shared with the AI and infrastructure providers listed below solely to deliver the Service to you.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They process your data only to provide their function:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate the Service, or where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your account, interviews, and results so you can access your history and progress. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Your rights”).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at anderson.omar@andersonglobalenterprises.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the date above.
