Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AGE Interview Prep (the “Service”), operated by Anderson Global Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AGE Interview Prep provides AI-powered mock interview practice, including real-time voice interviews, AI-generated scoring and feedback, prep materials, and progress tracking. Features and availability may change over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a magic link sent to your email.
3. Plans, passes & billing
We offer a free tier and paid options: monthly and annual subscriptions, and a one-time 3-Month Job Search Pass. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 3-Month Pass is a one-time purchase that grants access for 90 days and does not auto-renew. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you authorize the applicable charge. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account, and it remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Voice interviews & recording
Mock interviews are conducted by voice. By starting an interview you consent to your audio being captured, transcribed, and processed so we can generate your scored feedback. The interviewer and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence.
5. AI feedback — no guarantees
Scores, feedback, “stronger answers,” and prep content are generated by AI and provided for practice and educational purposes only. They are not professional, career, legal, or employment advice, and we do not guarantee any interview result, job offer, or outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it; scraping or automated access; uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or using it to harass others or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Your content & the Wall of Wins
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as resume/JD text and Wall of Wins posts). By submitting a Wall of Wins post you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it publicly within the Service. We may moderate, edit for length, or remove any submission at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Anderson Global Enterprises and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers to function (for example, for voice, transcription, AI scoring, research, hosting, payments, and email). Your use may also be subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for the providers involved.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anderson Global Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
